Let’s Translate Your Vision into Reality

While serving as IT Project Management Office (PMO) Director with a large government agency, I had the great privilege to work with Dr. Hallie Duke. With both a new PMO and associated information technology governance processes being defined and implemented, significant organizational change management and communications to stakeholders at all levels of the agency were essential to a successful outcome. Dr. Duke demonstrated a unique capability to identify the best approach forward, anticipate potential issues, and facilitate our organization’s successful navigation to the intended outcomes. I am grateful to have had the opportunity to work with someone as gifted and dedicated as Dr. Hallie Duke.
